Darwin Correspondence Project

To J. D. Hooker   [17 November 1846]

[Down]

Tuesday

My dear H.

I am delighted, I thought of coming to Kew— I only proposed the other plan, as I thought you would probably be coming into London on your own affairs.— I will be with you on Friday a little before Luncheon time, & much I shall enjoy it.— I have not time to accept your kind offer of the three Beds

Yours, | C. D.
