Heinrich Gustav Adolf (Gustav) Mann
1836–1916
German-born botanist. Gardener at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, 1859. Botanical collector to the Niger expedition, 1859–62. Worked for the Indian Forest Service, 1863–91. Naturalised in 1871.
