Daughter of William Sneyd of Ashcombe and his wife Jane. Married her cousin, Clement John Sneyd-Kynnersley (1799–1840) of Loxley Hall, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, in 1830; they lived at Highfields, Uttoxeter.
