Henry (Carter, Henry Bonham) Bonham-Carter
1827–1921
Lawyer and company director. Called to the bar, 1853. Managing director of the Guardian Fire and Life Assurance Company, 1861–99. Collaborated with Florence Nightingale, his cousin, in the organisation of the Nightingale Training School. Married Sibella Charlotte, eldest daughter of George Warde Norman, in 1862.
