Robert Temple Wright
1843–1902
Army surgeon. Served in the Indian Medical Service. Educated at King’s College, London, and Edinburgh University. MD, Edinburgh, 1866. FRCS 1869. Assistant surgeon in the Indian Medical Service, 1869; surgeon, 1873; surgeon major, 1881; brigade surgeon lieutenant-colonel, 1894. Retired in 1894.
