Constantine John Phipps, 2d Baron Mulgrave

Naval officer and politician. Succeeded his father as second Baron Mulgrave in the peerage of Ireland, 1775. A Lord of the Admiralty, 1777. Created Baron Mulgrave in the peerage of Great Britain, 1790.
