Barrister. BA, Cambridge (Queen’s College), 1862. Admitted at Lincoln’s Inn, 1864. Called to the bar, 1867. Practised law in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Honorary secretary of the Voysey Establishment Fund. Collected plant specimens in Devon, Wiltshire, Suffolk, Jersey, and Guernsey.
