Clergyman. Born in Bombay. BA, Oxford (Christchurch), 1823. Perpetual curate of Down until 1841. Sold Down House to CD in 1842. Incumbent of Thorpe-Achurch, Northamptonshire, 1851–9. Honorary canon of Peterborough, 1853. Rector of Gaulby, Leicestershire, 1859–77.
