Dear Sir

I am much obliged to you for sending me your ``Revision &c'' & paper on Lepidoptera, & for various other papers on former occasions, many of which I have read with very great interest—

I thank you also for your present of Harris' Ent.— Correspondence, in which I daresay I shall find points of interest; for I possess two Editions of his ``Insects of New England'', which I have read with profit—

With my best thanks & sincere respect.— | I beg leave to remain | Dear Sir | Yours very faithfully | Ch. Darwin
