Henry Holland thought CD would be interested to know that Buxton's brewery cannot go on with their own yeast, but are obliged to interchange with other breweries.
Sir H H told me yesterday that he had been going over Buxtons brewery & he was told as a certain fact that they cannot go on with their own yeast but are obliged to interchange with other breweries. He thought this might interest you.
