My dear Huxley

On principle of Bird in Hand, I will write to Bronn & agree; so will you write a line to K¨olliker. God forgive me for being so troublesome. Do not hate me. Hurrah for the Bishop!

Ever yours | C. Darwin

I have had endless bother about French Translation, between two stools, which makes me gladder to close with any one for German Translation.—
