I am much obliged for your note & the draft of £185 ’ s 13 ’ d 1, which I beg to acknowledge.

I am very glad to hear so excellent an account of the Farm House; & I should much like to see it next summer.

You proposed last half year to pay the Rent direct into my Bankers Mrs Robarts & Curtis & I should greatly prefer this plan & shd be much obliged if for the future you would endeavour so to arrange it—
