My dear Sir
As soon as Vol I is complete, I will send it to the address which you name; & then you will be able to judge about the translation.1 The second vol is about as large as the first. There are 43 woodcuts, and Mr Murray will supply stereotypes for £10 on pre-payment.2
I have the pleasure to enclose the photograph of my house3
My neighbour Sir J. Lubbock is the author of Prehistoric Times &c4
