My dear Sir
It is a very bad job about the Heliotypes and will I fear cause us loss; but it is obvious that the Coy must be almost as anxious as we are, and therefore I earnestly hope the difficulty will soon be overcome. It will be necessary to have a look at the Plates, to see that they do not palm off poor copies owing to the employment of incompetent workmen; and it would be very bad if customers were to return copies as defective
This book2 has been a sore trouble to you.
