I now send you, ready for your execution, the intended further codicil to your will;—which like the will & the previous codicil has been prepared in duplicate.¹ The date, at the end, should be filled in, previous to your signing the instrument. At the time of your signing two persons must be present & see you sign: and they must both attest in your presence & in the presence of each other.—
