Samuel Ashburner
1816–91
Indian-born American engineer. Son of Luke and Sarah Price Ashburner. Born in Bombay. Married Anne Mead Barstow in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1845. Lived in Boston, Massachusetts, 1870; Kensington, London, 1881 and 1891.
