Anatole Roujou
1841–1904
French anthropologist and geologist. Studied natural history at the Muséum d’histoire naturelle, Paris, from 1865. Worked as geologist for the city of Paris department of roads and bridges, 1867–74. Received his doctorate in natural science from Montpellier, 1874. Lecturer in the faculty of science, Clermont, 1874–88.
