1837–1932

Botanical illustrator. Daughter of Thomas Pratt. Second wife of Henry Barkly, whom she married in 1860. Made drawings of plants collected by her husband in South Africa, 1870–7; some of these are at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Published on the ferns of South Africa.
