Georg Rudolf Emil (Rudolf) Suchsland
1839–1921
German-born analytical chemist. Son of the German publisher Friedrich Emil Suchsland. Emigrated to Britain in 1854. In Leeds, Yorkshire, 1861; in Swansea from at least 1871. Granted British nationality, 1874.
