Landowner. Of Tedsmore Hall, Shropshire. Probably changed his surname to Owen after the death of his uncle, Hugh Owen, in 1818; signed the marriage register as ‘T. B. Owen late T. B. Hatchett’. Thomas Bulkeley Bulkeley-Owen in the probate indexes.
