Otto Kratz
1830–80
German-born businessman in the United States. Superintendent of the Julius Robert Diffusion Process Company in New Orleans; the company was concerned with processing sugarcane. Took American citizenship, 1873. Was living in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, when he died in Halle.
