Dear Charles

I have sent to day The Newcastle on Tyne & Carlisle 4/% Preference.2

I presume it is all right but I dont understand   There are Certif for 40 shares & the Certif: dont express what is the amount but I suppose £100 & that would make £4000 but the form I signed speaks of £4500— Send me a line to say all right or all wrong
