In reply to yr. favor of the 5th. inst we beg to hand you cheque for 16.13.1 being the Acct due to you after adding £5 for the purchase of stock on hand of yr. two works—viz 99 copies of Volcanic Islands & 76 copies of South America, & we also enclose a form of receipts for your signature agreeably with yr request—2
In reference to the postage stamps used by ourselves, we beg to say that they are not usually sold to the public, but we have much pleasure in requesting your son’s acceptance of the enclosed set, as an addition to his collection.3
