From George Bentham 15 October 1862
Royal Gardens Kew
Oct 15/62
My dear Darwin
The abstract of Prof Targioni-Tozzetti’s work is in the Journal of the Horticultural Society v. IX (1855) p. 1331
You are at perfect liberty to mention me as having made the abstract—but if I recollect right the facts are all given on the authority of Targioni 2
Can we hope to have any communication from you this winter for the Linnean Society?
Yours very sincerely | George Bentham
