Drops of nectar on long sepals of Cypripedium.
June 1. I see minute Hymenoptera have crawled in apparently to suck minute drops of fluid secreted on inner surface. The exterior ribs secrete very acid and viscid fluid!! I cannot tell whether, but I think, precipitates N. of salver
June 10. New leaf the drops on edge of pitcher and along exterior margin strongly acid2
