From what you say I will not send you a blank certificate but wait till I hear from you or see you.1 I will however bring up a blank certificate with me. If convenient, will you come & lunch on Monday at 2 Bryanston St at 1 o’clock?2 & you can bring the certificate or send it, which ever you like
