My dear Sir

I am much obliged for your letter. I am sorry to say that I cannot help you with maize seed, as it does so badly here that few people cultivate it.2 I have read of constant vars in N. Italy & I should think that Delpino3 could send you what you want. I am very glad you approve of my book.4
