Emil Adolf Viktor (Emil) Ertl
1860–1935
Austrian poet and writer. PhD, Vienna, 1886, with a thesis on the impossibility of basing a moral philosophy on positivist-utilitarian philosophy. Library official and later director of the library of Graz technical college, 1889–1922. Author of several novels.
