My dear Marshall,
Many thanks for your note & full explanations I cannot allow you to pay the small extra charge for glass, consequent on a trifling mistake.1 I have quite forgotten Mr Deard’s address & therefore will you be so kind as to forward the enclosed cheque to him2
The rooms are all very comfortable, & I am much obliged to you for all the trouble which you have taken.
