My dear Sir
From your much valued letter of 14th.1 I see that I may write fully.
Yesterday being “Easter” I could get nothing done. Today, pursuant to my telegram, I send you by Globe Parcels Express the plants and tubers. I find I must quit.2
Tomorrow I hope to write, with profound respect, faithfully yours | James Torbitt
P.S. | 3 Boxes Carriage paid thro’.
