Henry Huntsman

1825–1909

Tailor. Son of Benjamin Huntsman, a London baker. Apprenticed to James Philips, tailor, of Shrewsbury, 1841. In partnership with Stephen Stuart of Great Marlborough Street, London, tailor to the queen’s household, until 1850. Tailor and leather-breeches maker by royal appointment at 126 New Bond Street, London, 1876.
