Solicitor, and sheep and cattle breeder. Lived at Winterfold, Chaddesley Corbett, Kidderminster. Admitted to practise, 1838. Partner in the firm Harward, Shepherd & Harward, Stourbridge. Councillor to the lieutenancy of Worcestershire, registrar of the county court, councillor to petty sessions, and commissioner to administer oaths.
