My dear Sir

I am very sorry that I should have troubled you when so busy & when only recovering from your illness, of which I had not heard.— Pray give yourself no more trouble: it is by no means worth wasting your valuable time. You did give me date of the two Chinese Encyclopedias.— And you have now answered some of my questions.—

With very sincere thanks.— Believe me | Yours very truly | C. Darwin
